Bring YOUR BUSINESS, BRAND, or NON PROFIT to Big Bite Buffalo!

Connect with thousands of patrons from western New York and beyond. Patrons have interests across veganism, environmentalism, sustainability, healthy living, and enjoying a summer day out in the park.

Bring hot food, pre-packaged food, beverages, clothing, accessories, home goods, beauty products, wellness & fitness products.

Animal advocacy groups, nonprofits, and missions that aligns with veganism and intersectional activism are welcome.

Vendors can also take on sponsorship packages to increase visibility.

Applications are completed on Booth Central, which is the platform that keeps track of registration, permits, and insurance for all vendors.

**All items sold are required to be vegan friendly. We are happy to help you achieve this standard; talk to us if you have questions or need information. This means free from all animal derived components.

**NOTE: Businesses are responsible for ensuring their own permitting and licenses. Big Bite Buffalo will be submitting and paying for your Temporary Exhibitor Permit with the City of Buffalo.

What you need varies by business, but includes a combination of:

-Mobile food unit permit (food trucks, vans, trailers etc)

-Temporary food stand permit, if serving or sampling any food or drinks on site

-State tax ID (for all vendors selling products), and certificate that you are collecting sales tax

-Event insurance

The Department of Health will be on site at the event for inspections.

If you are not sure how to obtain any of the above, or aren't sure what you need, call the experts with the City of Buffalo Special Events department or Erie County Department of Health.
